In the event of suspension for breach, 77pub may withhold any balance pending investigation and, upon confirmation of breach, forfeit such balance.
Players may close their own account at any time by contacting 77pub customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.

77pub's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by 77pub's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the 77pub Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 77pub through our customer support channel. 77pub commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and providing a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.
77pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
